Share the network

Add someone to talk privately, share a seat on your plan, or bring another device onto the network.

Each action serves a different purpose: Adding a friend connects you for communication, while sharing a seat provides access to the network through your plan.

1.Invite a friend

  1. Open the app and select Comms.
  2. Select + at the top right, beside Chats and Starred.
  3. Show your QR code or send your invitation link.

If your friend already has the app, they can scan the QR through Comms → + → Add Friends → Scan Friend's QR Code.

New users can scan the invitation with their phone camera and follow the download and account-setup instructions.

2.Talk on the network

Once connected as friends, you can chat, call, send voice messages and share files. See P2P communication for an overview.

3.Share a seat

Open Account → Plan sharing → Share a seat, then send the link or let the recipient scan the QR code. They can follow the setup flow to join.

4.Connect your own devices

Use the same Share a Seat flow to bring another of your devices onto the network.

For an agent-managed setup, ask your agent to read config.doxx.net and help you configure the connection.
