Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes it from doxx.net, including its linked devices, saved configuration and subscription data.

Before you continue, make sure you're ready to lose access to the account and its data.

1.Before you delete your account

Save any information or invoices you want to keep. Active connections will end, and linked devices will lose the deleted account's access.

If your subscription is billed through Apple, cancel it with Apple separately. Deleting your doxx.net account does not cancel that subscription. Follow Apple's cancellation instructions.

2.Delete your account

  1. Open Account.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Read the warnings, including the Apple subscription warning, and follow the deletion confirmation.

You can't undo account deletion. Logging out or uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account.
