Why can't I reach a .doxx domain?

If a .doxx address won't open, first check that you're connected to doxx.net.

Chrome's DNS setting can also get in the way of looking up the address.

1.Check Chrome on a computer

While connected to doxx.net:

  1. Open chrome://settings/.
  2. Go to Privacy and security → Security.
  3. Turn off Use secure DNS.
  4. Try the address again.

This changes Chrome's DNS lookup setting. Do not turn off Safe Browsing or HTTPS protection. If you later use a different network or resolver, review your DNS setting again.

2.Still not working?

Contact support@doxx.net with the address and the error you see. If you see a certificate warning, don't bypass it to force the page open.
