Network Insights shows live connection data including upload and download speeds, latency, connection status, ping, and your connection IP in the “Health” dashboard in the “Network” section on the app.

What does latency mean?
It's the delay in a connection, usually shown in milliseconds. Lower latency generally feels more responsive during calls, games and remote access.
Why do the upload and download numbers keep changing?
They show activity on the connection. The numbers rise and fall as your apps send and receive data; they aren't a promise of the maximum speed available.
Where do I check my connection information?
In the health dashboard under Network in the app you can click on Connection Info and see all your connection data including: Your Exit IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and the doxx.net server address.
What should I do if the connection feels slow?
Check the live readings on the health dashboard, then try a different location using the Fastest filter. If the problem continues, contact support and describe the device and location involved. Keep tokens and configuration files out of screenshots.
