doxx.net doesn't keep a call history to hand over, and only accepted friends can call you so no spam calls or messages.

1.Additional Features

  • Call directly through doxx.net without sharing a phone number.

To configure Voice and Video settings go to: Account → Settings ⚙ → P2P E2EE Comms → Video and Audio Calling.

2.Common Questions

Who can call me?

Only accepted friends. Someone having your phone number doesn't give them access to your doxx.net calls, which means no unwanted spam or promotional calls.

Can I make a call using the standard WireGuard app?

No. A WireGuard connection gets the device onto the network, but it doesn't include the doxx.net calling interface. Use the doxx.net app for voice and video calls.

What's the difference between a call and a voice message?

A call is a live conversation. A voice message is a recording you send in Chat for your friend to play back.

Does doxx.net keep a recording of my call?

doxx.net doesn't store your call content. The people taking part still control their own devices, so encryption isn't a promise that another participant cannot record a conversation.

To configure NetCall settings go to: Account → Settings ⚙ → P2P E2EE Comms → Video and Audio Calling.
