Delete your account

Before you delete it, save the billing records you need and cancel the relevant subscription.

1.Before you delete your account

Download any invoices you want to keep from Account → Subscriptions → Invoices.

For a direct subscription, use Account → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription before deleting the account.

If Apple bills your subscription, you must cancel it with Apple. Account deletion does not do this for you. Use Apple's cancellation guide.

2.Delete your account

Open Account → Delete Account, read the warnings and follow the deletion confirmation.

Your account and its associated doxx.net data are permanently deleted, and linked devices lose access through that account. You can't undo this.

3.Questions about previous charges

Contact support@doxx.net before deleting if you need help with an invoice or a charge. Deleting your account doesn't request a refund.
